    1. शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा संचालित प्राइवेट स्कूल वेब पोर्टल (www.rte.raj.nic.in) पर गैर-सरकारी विद्यालयों से विद्यालय प्रोफाइल, इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर, फीस, स्टॉफ एवं विद्यार्थी विवरण की सूचनाऐं मांगी गयी हैं, जो विभाग के लिए आवश्यक हैं। इस विवरण में से विद्यार्थियों का विवरण स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग, मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली को भिजवाया जायेगा ।

    2. राज्य में संचालित गैर-सरकारी विद्यालय "गैर-सरकारी शैक्षिक संस्था अधिनियम, 1989 एवं राजस्थान गैर सरकारी शैक्षिक संस्था नियम, 1993 एवं संशोधित नियम, 2011 के अधीन संचालित है"। उक्त अधिनियम एवं नियमों के अधीन संचालित विद्यालयों के लिए शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा विद्यालय एवं विद्यार्थियों से सम्बंधित चाही गयी सूचना दिया जाना बाध्यकारी (Mandatory) है। इन सूचनाओं की वेबपोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन प्रविष्टि हेतु समय सीमा बढ़ाकर 31-01-2017 कर दी गयी हैं। अतः सूचनाऐं समय पर उपलब्ध करवाया जाना सुनिश्चित करें ।



    3. निजी विद्यालय जिन्होंने आरटीई के तहत निःशुल्क प्रवेशित बालकों की फीस के पुनर्भरण अथवा ऑनलाइन मान्यता हेतु इस PSP पोर्टल पर पूर्व में ही पंजीयन करवा लिया है उन्हें पुनः पंजीयन नहीं करना है। यह विद्यालय पहले से उपलब्ध लॉगिन आईडी (PSP कोड) एवं पासवर्ड से ही लॉगिन करें । पासवर्ड भूलने पर, नया पासवर्ड जनरेट करने की सुविधा पोर्टल पर लोगिन पेज पर उपलब्ध है ।

    4. जिन विद्यालयों के पास डाइस कोड उपलब्ध नहीं है, वह विद्यालय नवीन पंजीयन हेतु साइड में दिए गए " नविन पंजीकरण " लिंक द्वारा लोगिन आईडी एवं पासवर्ड प्राप्त कर सकते हैं । इसके लिए उन्हें पहले विद्यालय से सम्बन्धित बेसिक सूचनाऐं प्रविष्ट करनी होगी । तत्पश्चात, पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध प्रारूप को यथासम्भव विद्यालय के लेटरहेड पर प्रिंट कर संस्था प्रधान के हस्ताक्षर एवं विद्यालय की मोहर लगाकर, पत्र की स्कैन कॉपी को अपलोड करना होगा । ऐसे विद्यालयों की सूची तुरंत ही सम्बन्धित जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी के लॉगिन में दिखेगी । इन विद्यालयों की सूचनाओं को जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी अपने स्तर पर सत्यापित करेंगे। सत्यापन के पश्चात् ऐसे विद्यालयों के लॉगिन आई.डी. (PSP कोड) एवं पासवर्ड, उनके द्वारा उपलब्ध करवाए गये मोबाइल नम्बर पर एस.एम.एस. द्वारा एवं ईमेल द्वारा भेज दिया जायेगा । विद्यालयों को DISE कोड भी आवंटित किये जा रहे हैं, यह विद्यालय डी.सी.एफ भरकर सम्बन्धित कार्यालय से DISE कोड प्राप्त कर लें ।


    5. पूर्व पंजीकृत एवं नवीन पंजीकृत विद्यालयों को प्रथम लॉगिन के पश्चात् सर्वप्रथम विद्यालय से सम्बन्धित सूचनायें (जिसका प्रारूप साइड में दिए गए लिंक द्वारा उपलब्ध है) भरनी होंगी । विद्यालय से सम्बन्धित सूचनाऐं (विद्यालय का पता, इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर, फीस एवं स्टॉफ) भरने के पश्चात् ही बालक-बालिकाओं से सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियाँ की जा सकेंगी ।




    6. विद्यालय लोगिन करने से पूर्व ही इन दिए गए प्रारूप को प्रिंट कर इनको भर लें उसके पश्चात लोगिन कर ऑनलाइन एन्टर करें । बालक-बालिकाओं से सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों हेतु ऑनलाइन एन्ट्री के अतिरिक्त एक्सेल अपलोड की भी सुविधा है । इस हेतु लॉगइन के पश्चात एक्सेल टेम्पलेट मिलेगा, जिसमे डाटा एन्टर कर सेव किया जा सकता है एवं उसे ही ऑनलाइन अपलोड एवं वेरिफिकेशन कर सकते हैं ।

    7. विद्यार्थियों के विवरण में यदि अंतिम वार्षिक परीक्षा के अंक नहीं है अथवा ग्रेड को प्रतिशत में बदलने की सुविधा नहीं है तो कॉलम को रिक्त छोड़ दें ।
    The education department authorities held a meeting of block education officers(BEO) and directed them to transfer the reimbursement amount to their respective bank accounts. However, the payment will be little for the private schools as they will get meagre Rs4,500 as their first instalment.
    According to an education department official, fee reimbursement of 16,446 admissions in 1,600 private schools will be done. There were a total of 23,088 admissions shown by the private schools but after verifying them, 16,446 admissions were found valid. Now, the fund has been transferred to the bank accounts of block and district education officers and they are directed to further transfer the amount in the bank accounts of the private schools. Meanwhile, some schools of the Dudu block have already received the money. “In the meeting on Tuesday, we directed the block education officers of Jaipur district to transfer the funds to schools in their respective bank accounts. All the schools will get the reimbursement in a week,” said the official.

    REET Syllabus / Exam Pattern 2017 Notification :

    Examination Scheme or Pattern :- RTET or 3rd Grade Teacher Exam 2016 comprise of simple two stage selection process. Applicants have to give the first stage and then participants who will be shortlisted will be called for Personal Interview or Counseling session. Candidates who are going to appear in REET 2017should know exam patter and syllabus of exam.
